Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
However, you can exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund as long as the items are unworn, unused and unopened, with original tags. Please familiarise yourself with our return and refund policy for further details. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Delivery costs £4.99 an takes up to 10 working days.
Unfortunately, we don't yet offer Express or Next-Day delivery.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
If you have received the first email but not the second one, it means your order has not yet been despatched and is being prepared.

Where is my order?
Check your tracking number as a first point of call, to find out where in the fulfilment process your package is.
Tracking numbers can be found the order confirmation email sent to you, sent to you when your order shipped out and/or also by logging into your account online.
Keep in mind that sometimes your shipment might take a few more days to arrive because of some customs procedures.

Can I return my order?
In short, yes, however you must meet the criteria outlined in our return and refund policy.
